L I V Developers awards the Main Contract of its AED 400 million flagship project “LIV RESIDENCE” located in Dubai Marina to Ms. Al Qabdah Global Building Contracting L.L.C. Al Qabdah is a key player and a Leader in construction industry in the UAE and Gulf Region, and has constructed key projects in the UAE including multiple high rise towers in Business Bay, Dubai Marina, and many other prestigious locations including a 106 story tower under construction in Dubai Marina. Key projects have included Kempinski The Palm, Al Zahia by Majid Al Futtaim, and Jumeirah Golf Estates Al Andalus.
